island cupcakery uses fresh ingredients and classic flavors. i order cocoa from ireland, and only use madagascar vanilla, cage-free eggs, organic whipping cream, and kerrygold butter. custom orders can be made with tempting pairings such as peanut butter and jelly, banana cream, strawberry lemonade, pumpkin spice, salted caramel espresso, ghiradelli peppermint, and white chocolate mermaid. irish butter and cream cheese are used in all the frosting flavors.
