hi! i’m shannon, and i’m the owner, baker, and cupcake tester for island cupcakery. my great-aunt inga from norway taught me to bake as a child. she always used cream cheese in her frosting, along with fresh milk and butter in her cakes. i’ve taken her advice to create a cupcake recipe that delivers mouth-watering treats! you can typically find me baking in the mornings while listening to the beatles or frank sinatra.
